We evaluate all sponsorship submissions; however, due to the large quantity of sponsorship requests we receive we will only contact you if we require additional information or if your application has been accepted. We appreciate your interest in SPOT and taking the time to fill out the application form.
Note: As a small company SPOT is very limited in the amount of financial support it can provide. Most of SPOT’s sponsorships come in the form of product and/or service support.
Timing & Evaluation
We evaluate each request that we receive and due to the large quantity of proposals we require all sponsorship applications to be submitted a minimum of 8-weeks prior to the execution, or start date, in order to be considered.
How to Apply
Fill out the SPOT Sponsorship Application form below in its entirety to ensure your proposal receives the attention it deserves. If you believe a section does not pertain to you, make a note of it by marking “N/A” rather than leaving it blank.
We recognize that many of you have specially prepared sponsorship proposals and we will gladly accept those in addition to our standard application; however you MUST also complete this application. You will have the opportunity to attach your sponsorship proposal at the end of the application granted it is less than 2MB in size.
Follow-Up
Once you submit your application please do not contact us regarding the status of your application. We assure you that each application is reviewed, however a representative from SPOT will ONLY contact you if your application has been approved OR if we would like additional information about the opportunity.
