Aug_2011_-_spot_advDid you document your exciting summer vacation or recent outing on SPOT Adventures? If so, tell us about it! We want to hear where SPOT users went and what you did. The best adventures may be featured in a future SPOT newsletter!

 

Remember, SPOT Adventures is a free social platform for SPOT users to document their outings and share with others. Don’t have a SPOT Adventures account? It’s simple and quick to set up! Sign into your account at findmeSPOT.com and click on the “Share” tab and click “Set Up New Account” or if you’re already signed up, click “Connect Accounts”.

 

When creating your SPOT Adventure, don’t forget to add the title, date, activity, location, Adventure Story and photos! The more detailed trip, the better!

A few summers ago (2008) my girlfriend and I took a SPOT unit on a 3-week
self-sustained canoe trip into Woodland Caribou Provincial Park in NW Ontario.
We scouted and marked a new canoe route into Walking Stick lake and river
(Gammon watershed) via Dunstan Lake (Bloodvein watershed) for my colleagues in
Ontario Parks. I documented the entire journey with maps, journal, photos, etc.
