A 20 mile training/practice on A and B roads in prep for End to End Ireland in June 2010 and End to End (for charity) south and north island New Zealand, January 2011. This training session started from Post Code LL54 5DE (UK) along main road to Caernarfon and returning in a SW direction following the coastline along the Foryd, inland slightly through Llandwrog on to Pontllyfni and then E towards my home village "Tai'n Lon" where I started the trip.  Nice cool sunny day, slight NW breeze.
