We had a Search & Rescue summer training planed on this weekend. After setting up camp on Friday night and between hail storms we had a group barbeque before getting some sleep for Saturdays Briefing and Search. Saturday morning it was 22ºf but mostly clear and a great day to search. We received our assignment and headed off to locate the missing subjects. At about 1:30mp we located the subjects and called in the appropriate teams for medical and extraction. We then returned to camp for a debriefing and barbeque. Some of us decided to stay and camp one more night. Waking up on Sunday to find it had snowed about 1” over night (so much for summer training).
