Direct VFR Juan Santamaria to Daniel Oduber.  Off 25 direct the VOR then follwed the outbount radial direct to Liberia.  Cimbed to 8500 stayed clear of cloud.  Near Liberia went direct the 5 nm FAF for direct in to 25.  Didn't pick up the LOC back course until about 3 DME, not that we needed it (but if we did ...).

We asked the tower if using a "ground handling company" was mandatory in Liberia, as it was at Juan Santamaria.  Found out it wasn't, so we said "thanks for coming but we don't need you" to the cute agent (she & her colleage were sporting "Westjet" lanyards for their ID).  The DGAC agen was quite nice.  The fees were much more reasonable than at SJO ($100 fr landing, parking etc, + $150 for ground handling services!).
