Wow, and that is an understatement for this days activities.  They are in Fort Nelson, BC, Canada.  That is over 750 miles from where they started this morning.  They rode almost 19 hours.  When I talked to Jim around noon he said the morning was,"the most wet, cold and miserable ride" he had been on in a long time.  And this comes from a guy with over 150,000 miles on a motorcycle in the last five years.  I was unable to talk to him last night so am unsure of why they went as far as they did.  My guess is it is a long way between places and they just got caught in the middle and decided to go on.  I am sure he will call me today and I will have an update for you tomorrow.  They are approximately 1300 + miles to Fairbanks, the next check in point.  Ordinarily I would say that would be a 2 1/2 day trip but with what they just did I am not sure.
