Took the 4th of July off and enjoyed our friends on C dock in Dana Point. The next morning Mark hopped on the train from San Diego and joined him at the Irvine station for the ride upto Oxnard/Channel Islands Harbor. We left about 7:30 am to sail upto Santa Barbara. It was cold and wet, however, the seas were calm and there was enough breeze to give us an extra 2 knots of speed. Once we were ashore we hit the bar for a traditional Manhattan "Jusy like dear old dad"  Tomorrow should be interesting! We are going to try and get around Pt. Conception. Good luck and God Bless!
