Weather: Sunny with clouds

Spend the day walking around Nelson, my birthplace.  Visited the lot where my parents lived behind the church; the building is gone, the lot where I was born; just the nurses residence still stands, the main street where my folks would have shopped, the falls, coffee house where the coffee is roasted, tram garage where they have restored trams that used to run on Nelson’s streets, and other interesting places.  It was nice to try to imagine what Nelson would have been like when my parents were here.  Great day thanks again to Donalda.  By the way heard the the lift a Jasper broke down and people had to be removed by helicopter.  We were on that lift 2 weeks ago and it stopped half way up but they managed to get it going.  All things mechanical will fail eventually.
