Day 4 -do not download this file and try it out unless you are a double...double A <e.g., Malcomb Smith rider or Charlie Currie :), have snare and have a gps, spot and survival skills- if you know baja this is not a normal route...the only rancher on this route said only burros come through here...never has he seen motos come through here...loco moto burros!!
this was by far the hardest day any of us have riden in our LIVES (210 MILES AT AVE 15.1 MPH). we were happy to make it in at 10:30pm and no major injuries. this route is essentially rocks, rocks with more rocks and grande boulders. our spot lost signal in the canyon which was not good but our gps carried us out as this was a new route for all of us.
Day 5 - much easier, real roads with only normal baja routes and rocks....burned a lot of highway and kept today light on the hands and soul. played on the cactus single track and only a few casualties (flat, thorns in the arms) but all was good as there were no rocks like we had on day 4
