My Adventure Story

Cruised out with Toad and Emily to check out Cobra Arch. Sweet destination, but what a sand slog to get there. Also, have had no problems with my Chaco shoes for three years - backpacked Rainbow Bridge, the Grand Canyon, etc. with them. But a 5 mile dayhike gives me an enormous blister? What the heck!

I have also been to Cobra Arch from the Middle Route, awesome hike either to Steamboat Rock or down into Buckskin Gulch. The country is beautiful. I'm not sure why people chose to actually get on the Arch? I hope when people hike in that area they do not walk on the Dessert Fins!
