My Adventure Story

This is the third time that I have made this journey into what remains uncharted country (at least pre Google Earth) into the centre of Borneo. The first was when I was researching my book 'Fever Trees of Borneo' in 1995. LIttle had changed when I last travelled back up the Kapuas River by cargo boat and then trekked further into the jungle with the Daan tribe in the Mandai River territory. It is always an unforgettable trip...and I will hope to do it many more times!
