I was asked to take the 6th and 7th grade classes of the Lighthouse Preparatory School on a hiking field trip.  The classes have been studying about the Lewis & Clark Expedition.

On June 2, 1804, Lewis & Clark stood at this location to measure the widths of the Missouri and Osage Rivers as they converged.

Fun was had by all as we went back into time and imagined what it would have been like to be on this great expedition.
