Four of us from Grandezza in Estero, Florida decided to try for dolphin fishing in the Florida Keys.  The fish we were after are called dolphin fish or mahi-mahi or dorado. The fish have bright turquiose and green on the top or dorsal area, merging into yellow in the ventral area.

We caught 3 dolphin fish and one black-finned tuna in 5 hours of fishing.  But the weather was perfect, the company was congenial and we arrived safely at home shortly after midnight.
