Well, Sea Fever has made it to Marathon...Boot Key Harbor City Mooring field, after a lengthy stay at Islamorada waiting out the heavy winds.  As described in my blog (www.svseafever.blogspot.com) Compass Rose headed back to Lake Sylvia the way we had arrived- up the ICW.  Sea Fever had too many 'kiss the bottom' experiences to repeat and tempt fate for a hard grounding, so followed Hazel Ann to Marathon, and Boot Key Harbor.  We arrived on 3.9.12 after successfully navigating the shallows at Steamboat and Bowleg channels. Mindfulness rejoined us here yesterday- 3.10, and Sea Fever plans to join them tomorrow morning on the outside route- Hawks Channel - back up to Lake Sylvia.  The following shows my path from Islamorada to Boot Key.
