Beautiful Saturday, probably one of the best days of the year so far, at least the first half of the day. Launched from Alameda Point beach at Low tide and headed out to mouth and into bay then head south east to Alameda beach with little wind and a week flood. Ate lunch at the beach then headed back at about 3PM against a strong flood and strong 15kt winds which made for a fun yet grueling paddle back. When I made it back to the Alameda Point atoll and had just about a 1.5 miles to ago I realized I wasnt having that much fun due to exhaustion and lower back pain. Next time I'll pay more attention to wind conditions....
