We started the month in the mountain town of San Gerardo de Dota, Costa Rica. From there we drove down to Puntarenas on the coast where we left the truck behind for 10 days and went 300 miles out to sea to dive on Cocos Island. Upon returning we crossed into Nicaragua and stayed on the beach in San Juan del Sur. From there we went out to volconic Omatepe Island in the middle of Lake Nicaragua.
