Monday training ride on the DRT. very windy today 15 - 20 MPH NE winds chilly coming off the lake.

Put in @ Russell rd and hooked up with Weegsy heading South to Independence Grove. Great tail wind 1st 16 miles...ugly headwinds on way back.

Total time 2 hrs, 32.5 miles with an Ave around 16.3 mph.

Legs starting to come around a bit, still low energy from cutting carbs, Will increase carb intake after I cut 10 more LBS...
