How do I update my payment information?
To update the payment information associated with your SPOT account: Login to your SPOT account. Select Settings & Billing. Click View/Edit under PAYMENT METHOD INFORMATION Click Edit Enter your payment information and the billing address, then select Save. Common Issues Transaction was not authorized. Try a different credit card or contact your credit card issuer. This error may be displayed when the payment information or billing address is invalid. Please check the information and try again. Should you continue to receive this error, please contact Customer Relations for support.
How do I view my billing history and invoices?
To view billing history and invoices: Login to your SPOT account Select Settings & Billing In the billing column, under Billing & Payments , click View Billing & Payments Should you have a balance in your account, please update your payment information. Pending Payments Pending payments will display upcoming service plan associated costs Invoice and Payment History Your past and present invoices will be displayed in the invoice and payment history section. Common Issues Should you experience any difficulty in viewing your billing and invoice history, please contact Customer Support.
